You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item (EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period). To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Start your return by emailing us at lenniestylestore@gmail.com for approval and a prepaid return label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items include sale products, gift cards, perishables, custom/personalized goods, beauty items.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we inspect the returned item. Note that banks may take additional time to post the refund.
