Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
- US Orders: 7–14 business days after processing.

International Orders: 14–31 business days after processing.
Processing times are 1–3 business days. - We will try to expedite it as much as possible.
Where can I check my tracking information?
Tracking details are uploaded to your order page as soon as your package ships. Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Note that customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at lenniestylestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions!
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll be refunded via your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently offer refunds only. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.
Order Questions
How do I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at lenniestylestore@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other secure payment options. All transactions are securely encrypted.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or refund.

No! You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save favorites.
